Armory. Items are in-game boosts that can be equipped to any character, and each have unique properties. A maximum of 6 items can be equipped in the player's inventory at once. Items can be upgraded to offer more stats, either through leveling up, through anvils, or Holozon Boxes. There are three categories of items: Healing, Stat and Utility.

In HoloCure, the player can select one from a cast of characters to play the game. The characters come in the form of Hololive idols, each one having a unique starting weapon, three skills, and a Special Attack that they can use. Characters are grouped by their respective Hololive branches and generations.
